We partnered with Germantown Friends School, a K–12 Quaker school in Philadelphia, for a 2-year inquiry and visioning process about their future and the future of education. Drawing on Quaker practice and design thinking methodology, we engaged in a community-wide cultural campaign called Strategy Through Inquiry led by a working group of 12 faculty and staff. The final deliverable was a “vision book” that was co-authored with the working group. It codified and visualized the work that had been done and made a case for the vision and thought leadership position. Project done as part of a team at Epic Decade with Seth Goldenberg, Emily Norton, Kristen Carbone, Amy Rodrigues, and Alice Rouse.
